Keep in mind “Celebrity Jeopardy” is the version where Alex Trebek gives a bunch of easy ‘answers’ so the celebs won’t be embarrassed. BTW, according to the You Tube post, “when Blitzer answered ‘defendant’ and ‘annotated’ it was for a category where the correct response had to have 3 e’s in the word.”
